Answer Big Questions

No matter what, we will help you answer some big questions about your plan.

Meet Virtually

The first step is EASY! You can even do it from the comfort of your home.

How its works

1. Schedule a Call

A brief phone call will give us both a chance to make sure your situation matches our expertise. If we aren’t the right financial planning firm to help you, we will happily point you to the right expert for your unique needs. Schedule it now.

2. Team Meeting

The next step is meeting with our team (in our office or via Zoom). During this meeting, our team will get crystal clear on your organizational goals, needs, and concerns. Before this meeting, we will request a few important documents. This data will drive our analysis and result in answers to how your plan can be improved.

3. Analyze

We will apply years of experience, decades of behavioral finance research, and thousands of hours of training to help you understand your fiduciary responsibilities and how to improve your plan:

1. Are your fees and services reasonable?
2. Are your employees on track to retire?
3. How can your investment menu be improved?
4. Is your plan design maximized for your employee demographics?
5. How can improving financial wellness impact your bottom line?

4. Plan Assessment

With your Plan Checkup complete, we will have a second meeting (in person or virtually via Zoom) to review our findings and recommendations. In plain English, we will explain exactly what you can do to improve your retirement plan. At the end of this meeting, we will ask if you would like to begin working with our firm or if you would like to sleep on it.

5. Sleep on it

We are looking for long-term client relationships, not a quick transaction. It’s important that you take as much time as needed to make a decision. To help you make a smart decision, answer these questions: 1. Do I like, trust, and respect the Anderson Financial team? 2. Do the benefits outweigh the cost? 3. Do I understand and agree with their approach? 4. Do their recommendations make sense? 5. We will follow-up within a few days to determine how you would like to move forward. If you decide that we aren’t a good fit to work together, we will not take it personally. In fact, we will wish you the best and help you find someone who might be a better fit. There is never a hard-sell or pressure to say yes.

6. Let's Do This!

We are truly honored to be working with you. Before the fun begins, we will regroup (via phone or in-person) to answer any outstanding questions and set expectations. Prior to this meeting, we will have sent you a detailed breakdown of this process and addressed any concerns.

Do it for your employees...

Most of your employees don’t have a financial plan—they’re buried in debt
and aren’t saving for emergencies or retirement.

1 %
of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck
1 %
of paychecks are going towards consumer debt
1 %
of student loan borrows aren't making payments
1 %
of Americans have less than $10,000 saved for retirement

Still Have Questions?

One transparent fee (asset-based of flat fee) includes the management of all your investment advice + ongoing consulting services.
Yes! We offer many of our consulting services on a project basis. These types of projects would be for a flat fee. Examples include: 1. Fee Benchmarking 2. Provider Request for Proposal 3. Employee Education
Some retirement advisors are commission-based, which may cause fees to be hidden or create conflicts of interest. Not Anderson Financial. Also, most financial advisors only focus on the 3 f’s, fund, fees, and fiduciary. We go beyond to tackle the financial challenges your employees face. This approach can improve the financial wellness of your organization and potentially impact your bottom line.
Great question! If you are looking for a progressive firm that truly cares about the retirement outcomes of your employees, you have come to the right place. If you just want an advisor to talk to you about investments, alpha, beta, returns, blah blah blah. You probably should look elsewhere.
